Property and Community.  Those are two things that Margie knows well and is passionate about. She has renovated houses, managed apartment complexes and individual rental homes, served as Community Director for a senior retirement community, and has been a landlord since the age of 24. But homes are more than just structures to maintain. They are the backdrop of our social lives, and as a Community Association Manager for the last 18 years, Margie realizes the importance of developing good relationships with neighbors, vendors and volunteers who serve on the Boards of homeowner associations. Margie knows how to handle any kind of maintenance problem using reliable vendors, and more importantly, to use her expertise and training to work collaboratively with owners and board members to find solutions to problems that arise in multi-family settings.
